The Map out of the Maze: a personal way for healing
Your challenge, being stuck, or disease are all synonyms for the maze you got stuck in without being conscious of it, without knowing it is a maze. Healing from that, is about finding a way out of the maze. Making that personal map is what we do during the sessions...
A personal 'Map' for the way out of your sick making 'Maze'
Imagine you are blindfolded in a complex maze, and you are trying for years to get out. Sometimes you may feel you get on the right way, to later get lost again (have setbacks after setbacks).
This is a metaphor, but actually also what happens without us being are aware of it. We tend to think healing is not possible, and only destroying parts the maze can help.
Our body shapes that maze. Without knowing it or meaning it, we live in lies (in what is actually not true). When we are sick, or stuck in life, we may be going for radical medical treatment even. In this views, it is like destroying or taking out parts of our body to live a bit easier or longer. Even though it can safe our lives, it postpones or replaces the problem to another part of our body or life. We may feel relieved after an operation, that the main treat or disability is gone. But, because our root causes have not been addressed, we sooner or later end up stuck in another part of the maze.
We are all somewhat stuck in our personal Maze. It's like a quest. But mostly we are not aware we are in it. We just feel stuck while we can't see the maze.
When tears are not enough to release. Or when addictions (whether it's drugs, alcohol, or social media) do not release anymore the feelings of being stuck, or lonely, or empty anymore, we are often diagnosed. We get get medication or cooping therapy. Or we simply get more of the addiction.
This is mostly suppression and in best case coping with it, but not the same as healing from it.
A window in the maze
A chance appears when we are very tired of it all, frustrated and angry. And sometimes hit 'rock bottom' and can no more, then we experience we are further from healing and happiness than ever. Yet, at that very same point we are also closer to healing and happiness then ever! If only we can see the full picture of who we are and where we got caught up in... That is our personal Maze.
If we have enough and want to heal, we are going to find out more about what actually makes and keeps you sick or stuck in life. And we will find out through growing conscious about the deeper things in us. We will be understanding, feeling and finally believing that we can heal - which are all necessary to heal. Even if we are not aware in the beginning of all that at the process.
That is why we need to use our intuition and trust. Or figure with our logic that the world is anyway not what we think and see it is. Their must be things we can not see, we can not measure with our common tools. Yet, we can feel that they are real. And slowly we start to belief.
Emotion-Mapping
With the emotion-mapping and Transformation method we work exactly on that, all of us in our own unique ways. Like a heroes journey. And in that journey we get discouraged and inspired by things that happen to us and by other people. We need to listen to our gut feeling to know who is supporting us and who is not. And not let the unconscious programming in us make us think overly critical or doubtful and then experiencing only the feelings caused by that negative thinking.
